We have been using Enhancier's Adura for more than a year. It has helped us replace multiple systems we were using for emails/telephony with a single interface. It has made the life of the associates easier with a unified view of the customer history. It has also integrated seamlessly with our in-house CRM solution.

Most of the CRM software, we have installed yet, did not have the mobile access mechanism. Adura had it though. So now, I and my peers can access our CRM accounts from anywhere, not needing to stay logged in from the desktops or large screen devices only. As we have a lot of face-to-face meetings to do, this feature had helped us a lot in particular.

Pros

From sales to contacts, I have got access to all features of Adura through the mobile device. Hence, I can catch up with all the notifications on the go. Great, isn't it?

Managing the clients, leads, and contacts was some a trouble before we started using this software. Assigning work to the team was another level of hassle. But with Adura's intelligent workflow management and efficient pipelining features, all processes are well-managed nowadays. Using it for 7 months already, just hoping it remains the same for us and keeps helping us in the same way.

Pros

Surveys, emails, SMSs, contacts, leads, social channels and other multiple ways of communication are available within this CRM software. Likes it the most for its team management feature with keeps us away from any confusions; productive too.

We are using Enhancier Cx's Adura for a long time and it presents a unified view of our customers and leads to us. Trust me, it's efficient and has too many features that you will fall short of new CRM-related requirements. Social media, emails, SMSs - all can be managed through this one software itself. Loved it to the core.

Pros

It works as a social and official CRM at the same time. Allowing my sales team communicate through multiple channels, it helps us manage all leads and opportunities with ease. Recommended!

Not issues faced yet. Indeed a great application for our organization.
