We are using Keka from the past 3 months and we are content with the product. keka has smooth and easy to navigate UI. It has the best attendance management system which is integrated with payroll and timesheet software.
We had been using Keka for the last 5 months and it is quite easy to work around it. We had initially implemented it for the soul purpose to track Leaves, Work from home frequencies for employees. Now we are configuring our payroll and attendance too with the system. Payroll is not very difficult to set up expect for few complexities where you can take help form the Keka folks. There had been in fact a few instances where I had issues and the keka support team was prompt enough to resolve it or if the feature was not there then informing as to when they plan to release the feature. Overall my experience had been good with using Keka.
We were using another major payroll software from Bangalore for the last one year and transitioned to Keka primarily due to its powerful Attendance Management System. We are happy about the software. Payroll is also very easy in Keka.

I'm Roop Kumar with Streammonks, we have been using Keka since its Beta stage and all I can say is, I really loved this product. It help with reduce my overhead a lot. Helped me with a good Payroll tool. My understanding into technical aspects of Payroll was limited but thanks to Keka's predefined setup, my firm is all set according to gov norms with just a few clicks. Although we initially started with Payroll, we eventually started using few of their other solutions (Leave, Time and Attendance management).
Their customer support is to be congratulated for their success so far. We almost feel pampered by the way they handle and guide us through the way.
We often deal with multiple clients on a regular basis. Our clients required us to submit Timesheets on various parameters which was difficult when you have too many variables to take into account. Excel was no longer effective and fortunately, Keka has a good Timesheet management system which helped us create custom TImesheet reports and interestingly once that gets approved the system sends the client billing information and invoice them accordingly. Couldn't ask for a better tool.
My team are a set of creative people who work from multiple geographical locations and we always wanted to create a good leave system which is apt for our people. We did go through few HR tools but none of them offered a clean and ease to use/create a good leave policy out of the ordinary. Vijay(CEO of Keka) showed us that it is possible with Keka's leave and attendance management and the setup was a piece of cake. I would recommend Keka. A good software which actually looks into people needs!
The platform was easy to learn. Which saved us a lot of time during the switch. Process is automated so that we have less overhead to go through the details. I really like the fact that once the candidate is offered, it smoothly moves into the on-boarding stage. Very clean automation set up. on boarding is now very simple & it is broken down as well into categories, you can break it up and have the candidate complete the first stage before an orientation, or do it all at the orientation. It's all electronic, made things very easy. Overall, Easy to navigate, gives all the required info. I like being able to easily see all of my HR info placed simply on screen & can update it easily.
The Interface is so soothing and easy to understand!
