My staff doesn't need to update hardcopy, phone and email lists anymore because everytime a new member is added to the team , the information is simply updated into Ozonetel due to which the entire firm has easy access to everything. Its biggest pros are that it syncs, stores and keeps all the important company contacts, employee info available anytime. Every member of my staff uses this software. The desktop application opens up a lot of options for handling calls. This ivrs software is just easy to understand and it was very convenient when it came to training my staff. The customer support staff has been equally cooperative whenever we ran into technical difficulties. Great value for money and seamless integration with other platforms.

My staff uses this IVR system to fax rather than using an actual fax machine. We are also able to answer to business calls via our phone. Faxing pictures and calls all through the company with just a touch of a button.Every staff member uses this software in the company for all the internal calls. It is easier to find people's contacts through directory. This software is a simplified method for reaching out to people via a phone. It provides great faxing services and out of the office options that make business related work much easier.The client servicing staff has been of immense support. Guided us through and through when it came to installation as well as starting up with the actual implementation. Highly recommended.
