Weaver is our provider of cloud-based, Andriod oriented Point of Sale and Inventory Management software, enables our complex 25 multi-store operations. We process close to 75000 invoices in a month we needed fully integrated front-end and back-office functionality for our stores, warehouses, and HQ into a single software suite. Our goal was to focus more on business growth and less on IT, by using a solution that is easy to use, cost effective, and technologically advanced. Weavers uniquely flexible, scalable retail management suite that runs in the cloud, and comes equipped with a powerful API - we were able to build our own app on top to manage customers from our phones - awesome. This turnkey tool gave us the freedom to integrate our old systems too.
The reporting feature is awesome! We can provide all the relevant information our CA needs quickly and easily. Our training technician was extremely helpful and gave us a very useful orientation. We also really like the cloud part and Dashboard app. Just makes the data access so easy training and support are fabulous. Answers are prompt, and the instructor made sure that we understood the functionality. They also checked in during the setup to make sure we are happy with the software and found ways to make it the most applicable to our needs. Recommendations to other buyers: We asked three software companies to give us demos before deciding what to purchase.
